Congratulations to the Central Kentucky Art Guild members who won ribbons at the 2007 Kentucky State Fair.

Bill Beeler won a blue ribbon for his carving of a caricature bust and a white ribbon for his carving of an Eskimo walking in the snow at the 2007 Kentucky State Fair.

Vennie's paintings on display at the Granit Center between Elizabethtown and Radcliff Kentucky June 16th through September 16, 2008.

Mary Lou Hall was honored at the Kentucky State Capital as her newly completed paintings of the "Women of Kentucky" were unveiled recently.

Central Kentucky Art Guild meets the 3rd Monday of each month, 6:30 PM, at the community room of the Nolin RECC building, Elizabethtown, KY.  Visitors welcome.

We recently visited one of America's best sculptors, Bill Bond and his wife, Rusty.  We are great admirers of his work.  He is now retired and lives in Kerrville, TX.  His works are still available.  You can admire them by Googling "Bill Bond sculptor".
