Commissions are accepted.  Commissioned work requires advance payment.  All commissions will be completed in a timely manner.   Allow thirty to ninety days for landscapes and florals.  A quality portrait may require as little as sixty days or as long as four months for project completion.

Terms & Conditions for Landscapes, Florals, and Prints:

• Art work paid for by US Postal money order, cashier's, or certified check will be shipped within 3 business days.

  • Personal checks must clear prior to shipping.

  • PLEASE, no cash

• All prints are on heavy card stock and matted in complimentary colors ready to frame as an 8x10.  Prints are $20.00 or 3 for $45.00 plus $9.75 for insured shipping and handling.

• All note cards are on high quality card stock and are suitable for framing as miniatures.  Each card includes a brief description of the work on the back of the card and a mailing envelope.  Any note card may be purchased in a package of 10 for $15.00 or individually for $1.75 plus $6.75 insured shipping and handling for up to 30 cards.

• Up to 10 note cards will be shipped at no extra shipping cost when you purchase one to three prints.

• Shipping is by USPS, UPS or FedEx. All art work is insured for its full purchase price.  Shipping and insurance cost will be quoted for paintings when completing order.

• Visit our online gallery to view and select art work for purchase. Because all of our original pieces are individually created by hand, we do not work with quantity or “mass production” type orders.

• We hope to have this website set up for direct sales soon.  Until that time, You may reserve any art work by Email and complete your order by mail.

Our Guarantee

• All art work is original, signed, and dated. Each piece comes with a written letter of authenticity.  As with any original art, the artist retains and exercises full copyright of the artwork.

• All prints include an original signature and issue number. 

• Purchaser has the right to return any artwork from our gallery that does not meet their expectations for a refund of full purchase price.

• Returned art work must be in undamaged, and in a salable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping must be paid by purchaser. We must be notified of intent to return within 14 days of delivery and receive the returned item within 30 days.  Refund will be made upon receipt of return as stated above.

• Portraits go through a three stage approval process.  Deposit is not refundable.  Partial payments due at each phase are not refundable after that phase's approval.
